Age
In general, people (under 18) without a supervisor (over 18) are not allowed to travel to our Camping Park. In principle, we ask you to contact us in advance so that we can check the request individually.

Deposit
The deposit on your booking is to be transferred at the agreed rate. We will send you the account details.

Confirmation of booking
You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail. If you cannot receive e-mails, we will be pleased to send you confirmation by post.

Mooring spaces
Unfortunately, we cannot offer individual mooring spaces. However, you are welcome to park your boat on your pitch. This costs an additional fee of EUR 4.00 per day.

Group stay
We take care of schools, institutions and social facilities with supervision gladly in the low season, from 16.04. – 17.05. and from 10.09. – 15.10.2023 at us on the square. There are special group prices. We will provide you with personal price information on your request at any time. Just email us or give us a call.

Arrival without reservation
We always recommend that you make a reservation. Especially in the main season or during holiday periods it is otherwise extremely difficult to reserve a space in our Camping Park.

Discounts
We do not offer discounts for early bookings or regular customers. However, please refer to the Prices section for special discounts for off-season periods or selected cards (ADAC, DCC, BEST DEAL).

Travel Cancellation Insurance
The Camping Park Gohren does not offer travel cancellation insurance.

Reservation
A very comfortable way to book by us: the booking system (Request form) on our website.

Pitch selection
If available, you can also book several pitches next to each other. Please ask in advance!

Extension
You can of course extend your stay at Camping Park Gohren. It may be necessary to move pitches for this. Please discuss your requirements in good time with our employees in the administration office.

Pitch:
In the event of cancellation by the guest within10 days before the date of arrival, the advance payment of € 50.00 can unfortunately no longer be refunded. In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure than booked, we charge an advance payment of 20 % of your overnight stay price per night.

Rental object:
Cancellation fees from the rental contract:

• up to 30 days before the start of the rental period € 50.00, handling fee,
• 29 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental charge,
• 13 to 0 days before the start of the rental period full rental costs.

In general:
Cancellations due to Covid19 are all free of charge.

Our camping app guides you from your point of departure directly to us.

Arrival during siesta hours
You can also arrive during siesta hours. Our reception is also staffed then.

Arrival Period
If we have your reservation, you should arrive at the site by 6 p.m. Without a booking you can arrive up to 10 p.m.

Boats
You are welcome to bring your boat with you. However, please note that you must park your boat on your pitch.

Check-In and Check-Out
When booking a pitch, you can check in between 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On departure, please check out by 12:00 noon. After checking out, you can drive out through the barrier again with your with the Guest Card. To pay, please come to us one day before your departure without your car or motorhome. In this way we can avoid long waiting times on the day of your departure. If booking rental properties, special times apply.

Entry and Exit times
You can enter and exit between 7.00 a.m. and 10 p.m. The barrier is open during this period.

Arrival and departure of rental properties:
Check in: from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Check Out: an acceptance date will be assigned to you from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Siesta hours
Siesta hours are from 12.00 noon to 2 p.m. Reception is staffed throughout.

Arrival after 10 p.m.
Without a reservation we will discuss your accommodation individually on site. If you have a reservation, it is only possible to drive to the pitch on the following day. There is a short stay car park (24 hours) for motorhomes in front of the barrier. Please check availability in advance.

Night-time rest
Night-time rest is from 10 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. We ask you not to play loud music etc. during this time.

Opening Hours
Our reception is open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Payment
You can pay in cash or with your EC card. To do this, please come to reception by 5 p.m. on the day before your departure without your car or motorhome.

EC Cash Dispenser
There is no EC cash dispenser on site.

Foreign Currency Exchange
You can exchange money with us. Just ask us in the admin block.

Visitors Tax
When you pay the visitors tax, you receive our Guest Card. This card provides special discounts for our camping guests and free entry to various amenities.

Electricity
In the case of rental properties, electricity is charged separately. When booking a pitch, a flat rate is charged or according to additional consumption.

• Electricity additional consumption: EUR 1.00 EUR per kWh

Camping gas
Various camping accessories available in our supermarket in the central area of the campsite.

Supermarket
In our supermarket you can find a varied selection of food and drink, camping accessories and gas, toys, newspapers, magazines, books, souvenirs and tobacco products. Normal opening hours: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. (8 p.m.). Lunch break (subject to change): 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Faxes & Print-Outs
We will be pleased to send a fax for you. Unfortunately, computer print-outs are not possible.

Lost Property Office
Please bring lost property which you find to the administration office or ask there if you have lost anything.

Dogs
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you. They must be kept on a lead. There are several points with dog waste bags and waste bins. On the shore, please walk your dog away from the main bathing area. Dogs are not allowed in our rental properties.

Naked Flames / Barbecues
Naked flames are generally prohibited everywhere on the site. You can barbecue at our official barbecue area or also next to your pitch. Charcoal etc. is available in our supermarket.

Public Transport
The nearest public bus stop is approx. 500 m away in Langenargener Straße in Gohren. The current timetable is available in our info room.

PC / WLAN / Internet / Telephone
You cannot hire a PC from us. However, computers with internet access are available.
You can obtain the code for WLAN use from us in the admin office. WLAN reception is available directly on the terrace in front of our supermarket and in the A zone. Price /
duration: 24 hrs / € 1.00; max. 100 MB.

Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside of the building. Please note that smoking is prohibited in all rental properties.

Emergency Service
Come to us in the admin office next to the supermarket. Here we can administer first aid as far as possible. In the event of an incident on site, please inform us so that we can open the barrier in time for the emergency doctor / ambulance.

General
A large selection of info material is available in the info room, the admin office and the supermarket. All discounts are listed under Guest Card.

Registration for Holiday Programme
The programme is posted in all display cases in the central area of the campsite, at the admin office and in the info room. You can post the application forms at the admin office and in the supermarket. Registrations for which a fee is charged (taster sailing, taster diving) are accepted directly by Gabi Hofmeister and in the info room.

Games library
In the admin office, we offer a wide range of various games for one, two or more players. Lending is free of charge.

Lending library
Our library is open from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Lending is free of charge.

Ayurveda Massage
Enjoy our individual Ayurveda massages. Highlights: precious gem massages, mother and child massage packages, wellness massage, energetic spinal alignment. Please look out for the notices and arrange appointments in person on site.

Price of holiday programme
Generally, our holiday programme and that of “Kirche unterwegs” (“mobile church”) is free of charge. A small donation is requested for occasional material costs. Excursions may also involve minor expenses. Please refer to the notices on site. Events are largely dependent on the weather. Those taking part in our special attractions such as taster sailing, sundowner sailing, taster diving and night diving must pay a registration fee. More details are available in advance under Guest Card / Special Discounts and on site in our info room.

Payment for holiday programme
The smaller expenses (material for excursions) you can pay directly to the supervisor Gabi Hofmeister. Taster sailing, trial diving etc. you pay directly on place.

Cycling Tours
Our supermarket stocks a wide range of maps for cycling tours. But you can also join the free guided bike trekking tours of the district of Kressbronn. Note: you can hire various types of bike from us. For more information, see Bike Hire.

Barrel Sauna
This has plenty of space for up to four persons. The barrel sauna is free of charge. Please book your sauna visit at least an hour in advance in our admin office. You will receive the key against a deposit. Reservation is possible.

Banana boat etc.
Banana boat trips are always possible during school holidays (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria) and when the sun shines. Aquaglide or Sofa. Prices and times are available at the shore. The Bananaboat team is with us from approx. 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Barbecue Area
For safety reasons, the swivel grill is locked. The key is available from the admin office (deposit). The barbecue area can be booked. Use and cleaning of the barbecue area are free of charge. Please bring your own charcoal, lighters etc. Culinary specialities and ingredients to enjoy your barbecue can be found in our well-stocked supermarket.

Harbour Guided Tour
Take a look behind the scenes of a shipyard and learn more about the largest Lake Constance marina! The guided tours of the harbour with a visit to the shipyard always take place on Wednesdays at 2.30 p.m. in certain weeks. The meeting point is in front of the ULTRAMARIN shop. Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours. For children, teenagers and adults.

Info Room
The Info Room is situated right next to reception. This contains all information on leisure activities around Lake Constance and the hinterland. In the summer holidays (Baden-Württemberg), our holiday programme supervisor is on hand on Saturdays and Mondays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Children’s Worlds
For our little guests there is a children’s carousel, a natural playground with a slide, turntable, various trampolines, a petting zoo, boulder wall and more.

Discounts
The Guest Card gives you numerous attractive discounts and in some cases free entry. More information is available under Guest Card / Special Discounts and on our campsite.

Restaurant
Welcome to our “site restaurant” Schnaidter Hof with its large terrace. You can take breakfast here from 9.00 a.m. Enjoy delicious regional, fresh dishes or
stop by the pizza station (July / August).

The following ball sports can be played at Camping Park Gohren:

Pool
1 game: EUR 1.00 / 3 games: EUR 2.00 (coin-operated).

The games cost EUR 0.50 / EUR 1.00 (coin-operated).

Beach volleyball
The court is open at all times free of charge. A volleyball can be loaned (EUR 10.00 deposit).

Tauchakademie Bodensee (diving academy)
Trial diving takes place, following prior registration, from the beginning of the Whitsun holidays until the end of the summer holidays, always on Saturdays and Sundays 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. / 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. / 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Further information is given on the noticeboard in the TaBo training centre at our campsite at berths D5/6/9 or at https://www.tauchakademiebodensee.de/schnuppertauchen/.

Marc and Lena offer a wide range of Stand Up Paddling options in our Camping Park. Their station is located at G30 / G30A.

Taster sailing
Children, teenagers and adults can benefit from exclusive discounts here with the Guest Card. For information on prices, see Prices / Special Discounts.

Match Center Germany
From 2020, our partner “Match Center Germany”, the organiser of the internationally renowned sailing event “Match Race Germany” in Langenargen, will be on board. They offer the Bodensee boat license for motor boats (BSP A course) especially for the guests of Camping Park Gohren!

Events Marquee
Our own holiday programme and that of “Kirche unterwegs” take place in or at the events marquee.

Fleet
Our fleet of bikes comprises 10 women’s bikes, 10 men’s bikes, 5 youth’s bikes, 4 children’s bikes and 2 e-bikes.

Payment
Cash or EC card

Period
Rentals are generally charged per day (return by 6 p.m.). Depending on demand and season, the bikes can also be hired per hour (half a day).

E-Bikes
An e-bike gives the cyclist support with electric power, which can be switched on manually. We will of course give you personal instruction on site.

Equipment
You can also hire: 2 trailers, 1 tag-along, 2 children’s seats, baskets and helmets in various sizes.

Cycle path maps
Maps with cycle paths are available in our supermarket. The municipality of Kressbronn also offers regular guided cycling tours. Please obtain information from their tourist information office.

Insurance
The bikes are not insured. The hirer is liable for any damage to or loss of the rental property.

Invoicing of rent
The rent for your seasonal pitch is to be paid on conclusion of the contract.

Invoicing of electricity
Costs are based on your consumption. You will receive a corresponding invoice at the end of the season (15.10.).

If you are interested in a seasonal pitch, please make an appointment with us on site. Here you will also receive the application form.

Visitors
Visitors of our seasonal campers must pay an entrance fee. Visiting hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Per person 14 and over: EUR 4.50
• Children from 2 to 13: EUR 3.50
• Motor vehicle: EUR 4.00
• Surfboard, SUP-Boards, Kayak: EUR 2.00
• Dogs (all sizes): EUR 3.50

Guest Card
Since 2014, attractive discounts and additional leisure activities have been available for our camping guests. All information can be found under Guest Card / Discounts.

Notice
If you do not wish to extend your pitch, you must give us notice in the admin office by 15.07. of the current season.

Rental agreement
When you have arranged an appointment with us on site, we will visit your seasonal pitch with you. If the pitch meets with your approval, we will then conclude a rental agreement.

Joint use
Generally, a second family or individual may also use the seasonal pitch. Please inform us accordingly by Whitsun at the latest.

Next tenant
You do not have to find a next tenant.

Changing pitches
You can generally change your pitch from season to season. To do so, please come to Ralf Ackerman in the admin office by 15.09 of the current season.

Invoice
You pay on conclusion of the agreement or after extension of your seasonal pitch. You will receive an invoice for this.

Seasonal period
Beginning of season: one week before Easter. End of season: approx. 15.10.

Pitch costs
For seasonal campers, the rent per pitch are about 2.000,00 EUR plus second home tax (currently EUR 120) and electricity (1.10 EUR / kWh). The prices refer to 1 caravan with awning, 1 car, 2 adults and their children.

Extension
Please come to us in the admin office by 15.09. of the current season. Note: If you have not come to us or contacted us by 15.09., your rental agreement is automatically extended for the following season!

Technical Information

Car badge
You will receive a car badge for a second car.

Trees & shrubs
If you wish to remove trees or shrubs, please always come to us first. You require a relevant permit.

Boats / motorbikes
A boat or motorbike must also be parked on the rented pitch. There are no separate parking spaces for boats and vehicles.

Chip card
The chip card is available from the admin office against a deposit of EUR 50. It is valid for one season.

Garden fence
Only natural fences up to a maximum height of 1.20 m are permitted.

Parking
Generally, you park your car on your pitch. In the event of questions, please contact Ralf Ackermann in the admin office.

Pitch limits
Limit markers show where your pitch ends. We will show you around your pitch at the start of your rental.

Storm damage
In the event of storm damage, we always inspect the damage. However, Camping Park Gohren is generally not liable for any damage caused! We recommend that you take out suitable insurance.

Sales
If you wish to sell your caravan, you can advertise it on site. Please use our notice board next to the display cases for this.

Awning
You can extend your awning as required. Please note, however, that everything must be dismantled at the end of the season.

Water supply
Information on this is available from Ralf Ackermann in the admin office.

Washing caravans
If you wish to wash your caravan yourself, costs of between EUR 10 and EUR 15 are incurred – depending on whether you have to hire a hose for this. If we wash it, the cost is between EUR 100 and EUR 150.

Second car
You can generally park a second car. Please note that a second car costs EUR 3 per day. In the case of long-term parking, we charge a flat rate of EUR 40 per season.

Winter

Access
As the barrier is closed during the winter, you can only access your pitch on foot or by bicycle.

All-year pitches
We do not have any all-year pitches.

Parking
In the winter there are various short-term parking options outside of the campsite of the – e.g. at the Schnaidter Hof and on the parking spaces of the ULTRAMARIN Marina.

Vacating
You must vacate your pitch in winter.

Toilet block
In winter, a toilet is open in the central washhouse.
