As far as possible, we will administer first aid and if necessary call an emergency doctor for you. We will also be pleased to help you to find a local specialist doctor or doctors who are on call at weekends.

If you have already called an emergency doctor yourself, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can open the barrier in time.

In all cases, please have your insurance card ready.

And if the injuries are only minor: you can obtain plasters from the supermarket.
