Our Site Rules

This is how co-operation works on our campsite

Our Site Rules

We make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but we also rely on your co-operation by observing our site rules. When you arrive, please show your ID – even if you are just entering the site for a short time as a visitor.

The pitch fee can be paid on departure from 7.30 a.m. or if required on the previous day by 6 p.m. The information regarding the fees to be charged is to be provided on registration at reception.

You will receive a chip card to enter and exit our holiday park for the duration of your stay. When parking motor cars, motorised two-wheelers and caravans and installing tents, please follow the instructions of the personnel.

Our site is in a protected nature conservation area. Therefore, please do not tear and saw off branches from trees and bushes or pick flowers and other plants. Many of these are rare or now only grow on the shores of Lake Constance.

Please show consideration for other guests and avoid disturbing the peace. Always turn the volume of radios, TVs etc. down to a level which does not disturb other guests. During the hours of night-time rest, loud conversations should also be avoided.

Night-time rest begins at 10 p.m. and ends at 7.00 a.m. During this time, no vehicles may be moved on site (absolute driving ban). Guests arriving must park their car on the overnight car park. Please also observe the siesta hours from 12.00 noon to 2 p.m.

The campsite management holds domiciliary rights. Unacceptable and damaging behaviour as well as infringements of the site rules entitle us to expel persons without notice.

Driving cars and large motorcycles is to be kept to a bare minimum. Driving is only permitted at walking pace.

Riding mopeds, small motorcycles, quads and electric scooters is generally prohibited on the campsite.

Adult supervision in sanitary and toilet facilities. We are sure that you place just as much value on cleanliness as we do. We therefore ask you to leave the sanitary facilities as you found them. Small children may only use the sanitary and toilet facilities when accompanied by an adult. Please always observe our waste collection and separation system (recycling containers for glass, cans and paper) and containers for other household waste.

Dogs must not roam freely on the campsite – they must be kept on a lead.

Please ensure that the camping grounds are not soiled by animals. You are welcome to take your dog with you to the shore and into the water but not into the main bathing area.

Waste water is to be collected with suitable containers. These must be entered in the cubicles in the toilet facilities provided for this purpose.

It is not permitted to dig ditches and fence off pitches. Please also ensure that no-one is endangered by tent pegs or ropes or other camping accessories. We do not assume liability for puddles created by heavy rainfall. The lighting of open fires is prohibited.

No liability is assumed for lost or damaged property caused by fire, water or storms, in the event of accidents or injuries of all kinds, also in the case of boating or surfboard accidents.

Bathing in the lake is at your own risk.

No boats may be stored on the shore in front of the campsite. Motor boats must not be driven within 300 m from the shore.
Exception: mooring and casting off is permitted by the shortest route at a maximum speed of 5 kph.

Please observe the storm warning and the statutory regulations relating to water sports and fishing.

Please sign out at reception before departure. Please depart by 12.00 noon. If you have booked a rental property, please depart by departure by 10.00 a.m. Otherwise we must charge for a further night’s accommodation.

Please leave a clean pitch behind on departure.

The management holds domiciliary rights – i.e. it can refuse to accept persons or expel guests from the site if this is in the interests of other camping guests and appears necessary to preserve safety and order on the site. If necessary, we will press charges.

Traders and persons who want to ply their trade on the campsite are refused entry.

Please support our efforts to promote a good relationship between our holiday centre and the neighbouring spa towns and districts.

When visiting the neighbouring spa and tourist areas of Langenargen and Kressbronn, please take the local spa treatments. Especially in the evenings, avoid making noise after visiting restaurants.

Moped and motorbike riders are asked to observe the night-time ban in the cultural centre of Langenargen and Kressbronn!

We wish you a pleasant, relaxing stay!
